Regina Jenkins
Real estate has always been part of Regina’s story. Her grandparents raised eleven children in San Francisco, and through hard work and thoughtful property investments, built a foundation that paved the way for multiple generations to attend college and put down roots in the Bay Area. In her family, it’s a running joke that if you are on Muni, there will be a relative on the same streetcar.
A fourth-generation San Franciscan, Regina spent her adult life in the city raising her kiddos, loving every moment. The zoo and Golden Gate Park were their playground. They knew the corner store like it was their pantry, and they would swing at Sunset Playground on the foggiest of days. Summers were devoted to the Russian River — barefoot adventures, kayak races with friends, tree house building and lazy dinners with friends on the deck.
Her family had the best of both worlds, the diversity and opportunity of San Francisco and the throwback wild life in nature in the summer.
During COVID, Regina moved her full-time home to Petaluma, where she spent her teenage years - the perfect spot between San Francisco and the Russian River — the markets where she does the majority of her business. She found the easy life for her kiddos, and fell back in love with all that Petaluma has to offer.
Known for her strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering follow-through, Regina approaches every transaction with focus and care. She keeps a constant pulse on the market and believes responsiveness and clear communication are non-negotiable.
In her downtime, you’ll find her running her dog, Dottie, along the beach or chasing after her teenagers as they explore the world.
