As a fourth generation San Franciscan Regina gets so excited when a home is purchased and a family gets to put down their roots.

Before pursuing Real Estate professionally, she would pour over real estate information and buy, remodel, and sell homes for her own family.

After finding, negotiating, and assisting with the purchase of homes for friends and family for enough time, she decided to take her passion (and obsession) on professionally.

Regina has great vision to see what is possible in a run down or dated home, she has lots of experience walking new homebuyers (or sellers) through the process step by step - no question is too small.
